Ilhan Ersahin’s Wonderland

Ilhan Ersahin is a Swedish–Turkish saxophone instrumentalist, composer, cultural activist and entrepreneur. He grew up in Stockholm to a Swedish mother and a Turkish father, and in the early 90’s, he relocated to New York City. Ersahin opened “Nublu” in the East Village in 2002, which attracted a variety of influential musicians from all over the world.

Ersahin blends traditional Turkish gypsy sounds with a modern touch and chill out vibes. This special album, Wonderland, involves various linguistic backgrounds, countries, continents and genres.
