Nashville’s The Wans were good opener and compliment to Dead Sara with their equally, full-throttle approach to rock. The band, featuring Simon Kerr on vocals and guitar; Mark Petaccia on vocals and drums and Thomas Bragg on vocals and bass, tore right into each number. Their set was a fast and furious barrage of 60s and 70s rock/psychedelia mixed with 90s grunge creating a modern twist. A few tasty guitar licks here and there and some solos set one song apart from the other giving it a distinctive flavor.
