Co-headliners SWMRS and The Interrupters take on Irving Plaza with The Regrettes and Mt. Eddy. The sold out show had a great response from New York City Fans.
Mt. Eddy took control of the stage and the audience instantly turned into a huge pit, which stayed for each of the following bands.
The Regrettes followed with a beautiful performance. The lead singer, Lydia Night, went into the pit to sing and dance with the audience, which made the crowd go even crazier.
The Interrupters had every single generation dancing. Whether you were a a teenager, in your 20s, 30s, or even in your 40s taking your child to the concert, you were in the pit or dancing in the sidelines.
SWMRS closed the show by playing their debut album “Drive North” in its entirety, and had the whole crowd singing along. The show ended with the lead singer, Cole Becker, jumping into the crowd at the end of their concluding song. Not only having every single heart stop in that room, but leaving the whole audience in awe and excitement.
Overall, the show was a huge success, and NYC is eagerly waiting for the next time each one of the bands are in the city! They are finishing off the East Coast portion of their tour in Denver on December 17!
